Winemaking
Harvesting begins early in the morning, between 5 and 8 a.m, to preserve all the freshness and crispness of the grapes.
The winemaking process, carried out through direct pressing, allows for a very pale, melon-colored, and brilliant robe to be retained.
Tasting notes
The fruity nose unfolds on the palate with a beautiful balance, offering elegant aromas and plenty of freshness. Best enjoyed chilled on its own, or paired with summer salads and grilled dishes.
