One Glass a Day EOOD – Terms and Conditions

1. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between “One Glass a Day” EOOD, UIC 207416619, owner of the online store ONEGLASSADAY.COM (“Seller”), and the customer of the online store (“Buyer”) for concluding distance contracts for the products offered on the site (“Terms and Conditions”).

All changes to the Seller’s information are binding for Buyers. Information on the online store is provided in Bulgarian, Romanian, and English. Deliveries are made within Bulgaria and Romania. Products are sold while stocks last. By using the website, the Buyer accepts the Terms and Conditions.

The Terms and Conditions may be unilaterally amended by the Seller and take effect immediately upon publication on the website. The Seller maintains an archive of previous versions for reference.

2. Definitions

  • Products – wine, other beverages, and related packaging.

  • Buyer – any person over 18 years old placing an order for personal use, not for business purposes.

  • Visitor – a person accessing and browsing the website.

  • Order – a request to purchase a product.

  • User Profile – information about the Buyer provided during registration or purchase.

3. Rules for Using the Online Store

  • Registration is optional and requires a personal password.

  • The Buyer guarantees they are over 18 years old, provide accurate information, and will keep their password and account confidential.

  • Products are described with basic characteristics and images.

  • The Seller may change the store’s structure, content, or usage terms at any time.

4. Orders

  • The Buyer must follow the technical steps on the site to place an order.

  • Changes to products after submission are not allowed.

  • Adding products to the cart does not create an obligation for delivery.

  • The order is successful when the Buyer receives a confirmation email.

  • A contract is formed upon explicit electronic confirmation from the Seller, including the order number and tracking number (if applicable).

  • The Seller may refuse an order due to stock unavailability, technical errors, or suspected invalid payment.

  • Refunds are made within 14 days using the same payment method.

5. Contract

  • The purchase contract is considered concluded upon receiving the order approval email.

  • Product delivery and exercise of rights are managed separately for each product.

  • The Seller is obliged to deliver products after full payment of the purchase price and delivery costs.

6. Purchase Price

  • Prices are displayed in BGN and EUR, including VAT.

  • Prices do not include delivery or banking fees.

7. Payment

  • Methods: bank transfer, virtual POS terminal, or payment on delivery.

  • Bank transfer: Buyer’s name and order number must be specified.

  • POS payments accept VISA, Mastercard, and Maestro cards.

  • Payments on delivery are made to the courier.

  • Payment fees are charged separately.

8. Delivery Times and Costs

  • Delivery is made via courier Speedy or directly by the Seller.

  • Costs:
    Bulgaria – up to 149 BGN: 10 BGN; over 149 BGN: free
    Romania – up to 149 BGN: 19 BGN; over 149 BGN: free

  • Delivery time: 2–5 working days, subject to changes during holidays or extraordinary circumstances.

9. Inspection and Acceptance of Delivered Products

  • Products may be received by the Buyer or an authorized person.

  • The Buyer must inspect quantity and quality before signing delivery documents.

  • Obvious defects or missing products must be reported immediately to the courier or Seller, with photos and documentation.

  • Legal warranty rights remain valid.

10. Consumer Withdrawal

  • The Buyer may withdraw from an order within 14 days of delivery.

  • Products must be returned in original, unopened packaging with accompanying documents.

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer.

  • The Seller refunds the payment within 14 days of receiving the returned product.

  • Non-returnable products: those that may deteriorate or customized products.

11. Copyright and Intellectual Property

  • All content on the online store is the property of One Glass a Day EOOD.

  • Copying, modifying, or using content without permission is prohibited, except for hyperlinks promoting the website.

12. Disclaimer

  • The Seller is not responsible for technical errors, differences between product images and actual products, manufacturer labeling, payment system or courier issues, force majeure, viruses, or other damages.

  • Invalidity of any provision does not affect the validity of the remaining Terms.

  • Bulgarian law applies, and disputes are resolved by competent Bulgarian courts.

13. Data Protection

  • Personal data is processed in accordance with the website’s Privacy Policy.

  • The Seller will notify the Buyer of any security breach posing high risk.

  • Data is shared with couriers for delivery and not transferred to third parties.

  • The Buyer may file a complaint with the Commission for Personal Data Protection.
