  • These general terms and conditions govern the relationship between "ONE GLASS A DAY" EOOD, EIK 207416619, the owner of the online store ONEGLASSADAY.COM, accessible at the following internet address https://oneglassaday.com "Seller", and Buyer of the Online Store or "Buyer" for the purpose of concluding distance contracts for the Goods offered for sale through the website of the Online Store ("General Terms").

  • The Buyer has the option to register or not to create a User Profile.   • The Buyer should follow the technical steps for placing an order as indicated on the website of the online store.
  • The Buyer cannot make changes to the ordered quantities and types of products after they have submitted an order for the payment of the selling price (stated in the order).

    • For orders placed before 12:00 (UTC+2) from Monday to Friday (business days), the Buyer will receive an Approved Order Email on the same business day at the earliest.
    • For orders placed after 12:00 (UTC+2) from Monday to Friday (business days), the Buyer will receive an Approved Order Email on the next business day at the earliest.
    • Orders on Saturdays are accepted until 12:00 (UTC+2). If the order is placed after 12:00 on Saturday, on Sunday, and/or on official non-working days, the Buyer will receive an Approved Order Email at the earliest on the first business day following the day the order was placed.
  • The specific parameters of each order accepted for execution by the seller are available from the Buyer's user profile if such was created.
  • The seller has the right to not confirm the Buyer's order, including in the following cases:
    • The products that are the subject of the order are not available at the Seller's at the time of processing the respective order or are intended for delivery after the processing of later
    • Due to an error in entering information on the website of the online store, technical

problems, or unauthorized interference in the information system of the seller/online store, the selling price at which the respective order was made is lower than the regular prices for products of the same or similar type by more than 30 (thirty) percent and/or there is a substantial discrepancy with the announced general parameters for discounts on products or promotional sales conditions.

  • The seller has the right to explicitly refuse to fulfil the order made by the Buyer, for which they notify the Buyer ("Order Rejection Email").
  • If the seller has not received confirmation from the Buyer's bank for the payment when the payment is made by bank transfer, the seller always has the right to refuse the order.
  • The seller's refusal to fulfil the order does not lead to any liability or subsequent obligation (including compensation) on the part of the seller towards the Buyer, except for the refund of all payments (the selling price) made by the Buyer for the specific rejected order (if such payments are received by the seller), within 14 days from the seller's refusal. The refund is made using the same payment method that the Buyer used for the initial transaction.



  • The contract for the purchase and sale of products through the Online Store ("Contract") is considered concluded when the Seller sends the Buyer an Approved Order Email - indicating the order
  • The parties to the Contract are the Seller and the Buyer, whose details are specified in the


  • The Seller and the Buyer enter into separate contracts for the specific products selected in the Order, regardless of whether they are selected with a single electronic statement and are in one
  • The Seller may deliver the products ordered under separate contracts together and

  • By virtue of the Contract, the Seller undertakes to deliver and transfer ownership of the products to the Buyer, and the Buyer pays the Selling Price as stated in these General Terms.
  • The Seller is not obliged to deliver the products if the Selling Price has not been paid. If the payment method under section 3 is chosen, the products are delivered only upon full payment of the Selling Price and delivery costs.



  • The Selling Price is the amount announced in the Online Store in Bulgarian Leva, including VAT
  • The Selling Price is valid at the time of completing the Buyer's
  • The Selling Price does not include delivery costs/bank commissions, and these are paid additionally by the Buyer in accordance with sections 7 and 8.



  • The Buyer can pay for the ordered products as follows: by bank transfer from the Buyer's bank account to the seller's bank account specified on the website of the online store, a virtual POS terminal, or cash/payment card on delivery via the Courrier's services
    • When making a bank transfer payment, the names of the Buyer who placed the order and the corresponding order number must be specified in the payment reference.
    • When using a virtual POS terminal, the Selling Price is paid in advance at the time of completing the order.

Payments via virtual POS terminal are made by the Buyer using a payment card through the services of an authorized credit or payment institution. Payment cards issued by VISA (Classic and Electron) and MASTERCARD (including Maestro, if they have a CVV2/CVC2 code) are accepted.

  • When paying by cash or payment card on delivery, the Selling Price is paid to the courier upon delivery of the products.
  • The seller has the right to refuse payment by payment card in the following cases:
    • Invalidity of the payment card;
    • Inability to obtain confirmation of the payment transaction;
    • Doubts about the legitimacy of the transaction and/or about the card being fake or




  • Unsuccessful authentication or inability to authenticate the authorized cardholder;
  • Explicit instruction from the bank/provider of the virtual POS terminal;
  • In other cases as stipulated in the General Terms for the service of payments with


payment cards via virtual POS terminal device of the bank/provider of the virtual POS terminal, the contract with the bank/provider of the virtual POS terminal, and the instructions of the latter, which bind the seller.

7.5 The fees and charges for bank transfers/card payments are to be paid separately by the buyer at the time of payment of the Selling Price. Information regarding these fees should be provided when initiating the transfer/transaction with a debit/credit card by the card issuer.



  • The requested purchased goods are delivered to the address specified by the Buyer for delivery by the Seller’s partner courier company "SPEEDY” or directly by the Seller. If the Buyer wishes for the order to be delivered by another courier, all costs and arrangements with the chosen courier are at the Buyer's expense.
  • The delivery cost is calculated separately from the Selling Price and is displayed immediately before payment, determined in accordance with the courier's tariff used by the online The delivery terms are determined according to the rules in this section 8 of these General Terms.
  • Unless otherwise indicated on the online store's website, the cost for courier deliveries are as follows and are on a spend basis and according to the country it is shipped to.

  • Spend between 100 BGN-200 BGN: delivery cost is 13 BGN

8.3.3. Delivery time is 2-5 business days

  • Differing shipment terms

  • When delivering by courier, the Buyer signs the required documents provided by the courier, including a receipt for the payment when the Buyer has chosen to pay upon delivery



  • Purchased products can only be received by the Buyer or a person authorized by the Buyer to receive the products, who agrees to pay for them in cash or payment card to the courier on behalf of the Buyer and signs the documents verifying the receipt of the delivery.
  • The Buyer is required to inspect the purchased products upon delivery and check if they correspond to the ordered products before signing the relevant documents; otherwise, it is considered that the products have been delivered according to the order (in terms of quantity and type of products ordered).
  • In case the Buyer identifies obvious deficiencies (e.g., the wine ordered was not delivered) or missing delivered products (including breakage during transport), the Buyer must immediately inform:

  • The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the ordered products without stating a reason within a 14-day period from the date of delivery of the products. The withdrawal can be exercised by sending an explicit statement of withdrawal from the specific contract using the Contact form on the online shop’s website

  • The Seller must refund the Sales Price (if paid) for the returned products within 14 days of receiving the Buyer's The Seller uses the same payment method that the Buyer used for payment in the Order.
  • Delivery costs for the products are not refundable

It is strictly prohibited to copy, modify, or use any part of this content in any way, except for referencing or publishing through hyperlinks for the purpose of promoting the website's services.



  • The possibility cannot be excluded that part of the information about the Goods offered through the Online Store may be incomplete or that, due to technical errors or omissions in this information, the delivered Goods may differ from some of their images/features indicated on the Online Store. In this case, the visitor to the online store's website may bring it to the Seller's attention through the feedback form or via email: 01glassaday@gmail.com, and the Seller should rectify the discrepancy within a reasonable period.
  • The Seller does not guarantee the availability of the Goods ordered by the Buyer and is not responsible for the execution of Orders that are not approved and/or for which an Order Cancellation Email has been sent.
  • The Seller is not responsible for differences in the Sale Price stated on the Online Store website and the prices advertised elsewhere for the same goods.
  • The Seller is not responsible for the labelling of the Goods by the manufacturer/importer.
  • The Seller is not responsible for the formatting of the documents provided to the Buyer by the courier, nor for the courier's obligations to comply with postal and tax legislation.
  • The owner of the website is not responsible for losses or damages resulting from the Buyer’s failure to meet the responsibilities and obligations under these Terms and Conditions.   • The owner of the Online Store is not responsible and does not owe compensation to anyone, including the Buyer, if, as a result of system failures, internet outages, hacker attacks, and other similar disturbances, administrative orders/ restraining and judicial orders or mandatory legal measures, the website of the Online Store is suspended for a specified (or prolonged) period.
  • The owner of the Online Store is not responsible for damages or harm arising from a denial of service attack, virus, or any other software or technologically harmful or damaging materials that may affect the Buyer's computer, IT equipment, data, or materials as a result of using the Online Store website or downloading content from it or those to which the Online Store website redirects.


  • A possible lack of validity of any provision of these General Terms shall not lead to the invalidity of the entire text of the General Terms or of any Agreement concluded under these General Terms.
  • For matters not addressed in this agreement related to the performance and interpretation of this agreement, the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria shall And all disputes between the parties under these General Terms and Conditions shall be resolved by the competent court in the Republic of Bulgaria.



These General Terms and Conditions are drafted in accordance with the principles, rules, and requirements for the legality of processing personal data of each Visitor/Buyer using the Online Store in a manner regulated by the Privacy Policy, published on the website of the Online Store.

  • For the purposes of processing the Buyer’s personal data and providing the service in its full functionality and with regards of the Buyer’s interests, the Seller is processing the Buyer’s data and is providing it to the third-party courier for the purpose of making a delivery to the address

The specified personal data processing complies with all legal and security requirements in the processing and storage of your personal data.

The Seller does not transfer your data to third countries.

  • In case of violation of the Buyer’s rights, according to the above or applicable personal data protection legislation, the Buyer has the right to file a complaint with the Commission for Personal Data Protection, as follows:
