TASTING NOTES

👀 A very light yellow color with citrus reflections : brilliant and crystalline

👃 Very delicate and fresh smell, with fresh citrus flavours (grapefruit and lemon) and a scent of white flowers (honeysuckle). As the wine aerates we can feel hints of fleshy fruits (apple and pear)

👄 A spicy and alive taste with a continuous and regular freshness. It is complete and slightly bitter at the end, making us think of the taste of grapefruits

🍴 A complete and fresh champagne that can be served as an appetizer or during the meal. Best pair : sweetbread, white meat in sauce or poultry
