The result of a maceration of 9 berries and aromatic plants: juniper, lemon, lime, Sichuan pepper, cardamom, licorice, bitter almond, coriander, ginger… all carefully and rigorously selected. The aromas of each berry and plant intertwine to create an incredibly aromatic gin, where the flavors of each element mingle and mingle again on the palate. Best enjoyed with ice, in a tonic, or diluted with sparkling water and a slice of lemon.
