Infused rum 25%

blended rum made from molasses and Grand Arôme from the Reunion Island. Two types of maturation are used: one in Armagnac barrels and the other in white wine barrels from the Domaine, which held wine for only 15 months. This rum have a dominant of sugarcane flavor.

The fruits are macerated separately in rum for several months, after which a meticulous blend is created, using Victoria pineapple, mango, lemon, combava, Sichuan pepper, Timur, and passion berries.
