Winemaking
Manual harvest, partial destemming. 30 days of maceration before being aged 18 months in a concrete tank. Fine filtration before bottling.

Tasting notes
Intense aromas of blueberry, blackberry, prune & blackcurrant accompanied by fine cocoa & roasted mocha notes. The palate is fresh & delicately acidic. Mellow at first with mid-palate of exceptionally purity, with taste of black cherry. A particularly good year, a wine that explodes aromatically in its youth and yet has significant aging potential.
