A Champagne, a single grape variety, a terroir, an expression.

Origin: Reuil, from the plot "Le Mont de Reuil" planted in 1923.

Grape Variety: 100% Pinot Meunier.

Winemaking: Fermented in thermoregulated stainless steel vats, aged 7 years on lees in the cellar. No malolactic fermentation.

Dosage: 0 g/L (Brut Nature).

Tasting Notes

Appearance: Deep golden hue.

Nose: Elegant and complex, with notes of honey, toasted bread, almond, wild strawberries, mirabelle plums, and licorice.

Palate: Fresh and vibrant attack, followed by ripe flavors of mirabelle and apricot, with creamy undertones. Generous volume and long finish.
