40% Syrah

Winemaking
Grapes are destemmed but not crushed to preserve fresh fruit aromas and ensure finer tannins.
Fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks with a two-week maceration for fruitiness and soft tannins.
The wine is aged in tank over the winter and bottled within the same year of harvest.
Vineyards include young vines initially planted on the Vacqueyras appellation but downgraded for this Côtes du Rhône blend.
