👀 Intense pink color, with shades of salmon ; Its white and silky foam gives a touch of sensuality

👃 The aromas are delicate and evoke small red fruits: wild strawberries, raspberries and just a note of cherry. A shade of violet brings an airy touch

👄 the fruit aromas are expressed freely, with a slight sweetness which gives tenderness. The wild strawberry returns to the finale and finishes the tasting highlight

🍴 To be enjoyed as an aperitif, or with a fish tartare, tapas, during the meal with white meats or as a dessert with red fruits cake, Cup of strawberries with pink biscuit ice cream
