Winemaking
Manual harvest with selection of the best grapes. Partial destemmed and placed in a fermentation concrete tank for 25 days. Maturation for 12 months in oak casks for 75% and 25% in concrete tanks.

Tasting notes
A beautiful deep ruby red color, the nose is complex with black fruits and hints of garrigue. The palate is fleshy and complex with a beautiful structure with harmonious tannins that line the mid-palate.
The Finish is long, expression of a great wine.
